NPG Malaysia1.1 - Google Play

NPG (your dream builder) is a dynamic insurance agency that serves every consumer’s need in sourcing the best and most stable financial solution. It is one of the fastest growing players in the industry that has registered a brisk growth from RM1.2million in 2005 to RM21million in 2009. In 2010, NPG achieved a record-breaking RM23million in terms of first year premium sales.

With specialized experiences in Personal Saving and Retirement Planning, NPG has 150 dedicated agents that have committed themselves to generating maximum benefits in the most secure way for all clients.

At NPG, the client’s satisfaction is top priority hence we are very proactive in the grooming of new agents to ensure they are ambitious, passionate and most of all in realizing dreams. By working closely with MMTS Consultant - Dato' Dr. Chua, Malaysia’s prominent training agency, NPG has generated a group of aggressive, energetic and high-performing agents dedicated to provide value-added services. Each year, we are proud to produce more MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) qualifiers in the competitive industry.

The secret behind its success is none other than managing the agent’s ability and skill and encouraging them to be 10 times more productive than their competitive peers. NPG agents are trained to employ the SEED (Simple, Easy, Effective, Duplicable) formula in their daily practices. And within the agency itself, everyday is about going that extra mile - daily morning meetings are held from Monday to Saturday to guide everyone within the agency through a series of empowerment program that includes group discussion, case study, motivational games, personality building as well as sales techniques.

As an agency that’s highly focused in a product range, NPG specializes in personal saving and retirement planning, which is a very sought-after financial service in the market. Unlike many industry financial planners who are academically inclined, NPG agents are market oriented and they employ a strictly professional approach in finding the right financial solution for their clients.

While being a record creator in the industry, NPG also shares a common view with its affiliate, MMTS who believes in the motto of “We Make Things Happen”.
